Startuper’s Log. Day 2

Here we go. So it’s a day 2 and we started interviews. GitLab is kinda usual PMS with basic functionality. I like default instrument Milestones. Easy to define specific Labels for Lists (tasks) and put it to the project board as Canban.

We’re defined first Milestone as hypothesises confirmation. Here we can use qualitive and quantitive research data and generate ideas based on this formative user research.

As someone great said: You Are Not the User

We’re made two interviews today with two young people who was interested to take part in or research fo free. Our product is about everyone but especially for those who cares about planet and own budget.

Now we’re didn’t know is our hypothesis truly or not. That’s why we’re started from open questions. Interviewee should speak freely about all the problems he or she has about asking questions theme. Based on user answers personas and user stories can help us define vector to construct questions for semistructured and structured interviews.
